I really think that I have the best job in the world. If I had to summarise the job of a bellydancer, it would simply be ‘the party starter’. My job is to bring and spread joy at parties. To make the birthday girl or boy feel special, and to give people an excuse to get up and dancing at celebrations. That means that I am always surrounded by happiness. I particularly love dancing at baby christenings, weddings and birthdays. Nothing beats dancing for people who are already beaming with love.
